摘　　要：目的探讨腰大池腹腔分流在交通性脑积水治疗中的应用。方法选取交通性脑积水患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用脑室-腹腔(V-P)分流术进行治疗,观察组患者采用腰池-腹腔(L-P)分流术进行治疗,比较两种治疗方式在交通性脑积水治疗中的应用效果。结果腰池-腹腔分流术相较于脑室-腹腔分流术具有更好的临床治疗效果和更低的并发症发生率。结论腰大池腹腔分流在交通性脑积水的治疗中能够发挥较好的治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the application of peritoneal shunt in lumbar cistern in the treatment of communicating hydrocephalus.Methods Fifty patients with communicating hydrocephalus were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group were treated by ventricle-peritoneal shunt(V-P),and patients in observation group were treated by lumbar cisterna-peritoneal shunt(L-P),the application effect of the two treatment methods for communicating hydrocephalus were compared.Results Compared with V-P shunt,L-P shunt has better clinical effect and lower complication rate.Conclusion The lumbar cisterna shunt has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of traffic hydrocephalus.
