单用美沙拉嗪及联用双歧三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6及白介素-8的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单用美沙拉嗪及联用双歧三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)及白介素-8(IL-8)的影响分析。方法选择本院收治的90例溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,其中对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组给予美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗,观察比较2组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8等炎症因子水平变化等。结果观察组临床治疗总疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后Fib水平明显低于对照组,且MPV水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗中联合使用美沙拉嗪与双歧三联活菌的治疗效果更佳,能有效保护黏膜,抑制炎症反应,且用药安全,临床上可以推广使用。Objective To investigate effect of Mesalazine alone and live Bifidobacterium in combination in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)and their effects on TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels.Methods A total of 90 patients with UC were enrolled in our hospital,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=45).The patients in the control group were treated with Mesalazine alone,while the observation group was treatment Mesalazine and live Bifidobacterium in combination.The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total clinical outcomes of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,Fib level was significantly lower,and MPV level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of Mexarazine and live bifidobacterium is better in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis,which can effectively protect the mucosa and inhibit the inflammatory reaction.So it is safe to be used in clinic.
