合并根管钙化后牙牙髓炎的治疗对策及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨合并根管钙化后牙牙髓炎的治疗对策。方法选择2015年8月~2016年8月我院合并根管钙化后牙牙髓炎的患者60例,共80颗患牙作为研究对象,根据患牙钙化的不同部位,采取针对性治疗措施。治疗结束后分析患者的满意度和治疗有效率。结果患者的满意度为96.67%,共有76颗患牙治疗有效,则治疗有效率为95%;无效的为4颗患牙,则无效率为5%。结论合并根管钙化后牙牙髓炎的治疗对策具有临床价值,患者的满意度较高,治疗有效率较高,对于患者的病症治疗有效。Objective To investigate the treatment of root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis.Methods 60 cases with root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis in our hospital were selected to have 80 teeth,and the treatment measures were different according to different parts of the teeth.The satisfaction and treatment efficiency of patients were analyzed after the treatment.Results The satisfaction of patients was 96.67%,and 76 teeth were effective after treatment,and the efficiency was 95%,No efficiency was 5%by 4 teeth invalid.Conclusion The treatment has clinical value with root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis.The treatment with higher satisfaction and efficiency is effective for the patients.
