干髓术对比根管治疗术在乳磨牙牙髓炎患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的对比干髓术与根管治疗术在乳磨牙牙髓炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院口腔科诊治的乳磨牙牙髓炎患者86例,共计患牙104颗作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各52例。对照组患牙采用干髓术进行治疗,研究组采用根管治疗术进行治疗,对比两组疗效及后期随访结果进行评价。结果两组术后牙髓炎与疼痛都得到较好的控制,研究组治疗后1个月以及半年随访的总有效率和对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗一年后随访对照组总有效率为80.65%,研究组总有效率为91.94%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗两年后随访对照组总有效率为72.58%,研究组总有效率为90.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干髓术与根管治疗术均能快速止痛、抑制牙髓炎扩张,但根管治疗术能更彻底的清除病灶坏死组织,且远期治疗总有效率优于干髓术,更值得推广应用。Objective To compare the application effect of dry pulp and root canal therapy in the treatment of primary molars with pulpitis.Methods Select 86 cases in our hospital department of Stomatology diagnosis and treatment of primary molars with pulpitis,a total of 104 teeth were randomly divided into control group and study group 52,control group of teeth by mummification treatment,study group were treated with root canal therapy,two groups of clinical curative effect and follow-up results evaluation.Results The two groups had better control of the postoperative odontitis and pain,and the total effective and control comparison of the group was no significant difference in the first month and half of the follow-up period,P>0.05.The total efficiency of the treatment was 80.65%,and the total effective rate of the group was 91.94%,and the results were significantly different(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 72.58%for two years after treatment and 90.32%for the team,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mummification of pulp and root canal therapy can inhibit the pain,but the rapid expansion of pulpitis,root canal therapy can more thorough debridement of necrotic tissue,and the long-term treatment of the total efficiency is better than the mummification,it is worth popularizing.
