摘 要:目的探讨茶条槭果2种粗分离部位的降血糖作用。方法 ICR小鼠喂食高脂饮食并空腹注射链脲佐菌素(120 mg·kg^(-1)),将血糖水平>11.1 mmol·L-1小鼠随机分为模型对照组、阿卡波糖组(25 mg·kg^(-1))、茶条槭果乙酸乙酯部位大剂量组(300 mg·kg^(-1))、茶条槭果乙酸乙酯部位小剂量组(100 mg·kg^(-1))、茶条槭果水提醇沉部位大剂量组(300 mg·kg^(-1))、茶条槭果水提醇沉部位小剂量组(100 mg·kg^(-1)),每组10只,灌胃给药3周。实验结束时进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验,检测血糖、血脂、血清胰岛素等指标,并进一步通过HE染色法观察脏器组织情况。结果茶条槭果中2种粗分离部位均能使糖尿病小鼠血糖水平下降,总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、丙二醛(MDA)和尿素氮(BUN)水平显著降低,胰岛素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著升高,且存在明显的剂量依赖性。染色观察显示茶条槭果两种粗分离部位对肝肾组织有很好的保护作用。其中,茶条槭果乙酸乙酯部位最为显著,其次是茶条槭果水提醇沉部位。结论茶条槭果具有显著的降血糖活性。Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of two kind crude separation portions from ginnala fruit. Methods ICR mice were fed with high-fat diet.They were injected with STZ(120 mg·kg-1)at an empty stomach.The mice,whose blood glucose level were above 11.1 mmol·L-1,were randomly divided into model control group,acarbose group(25 mg·kg-1),high-dose of extracts from ginnala fruit with ethyl acetate group(300 mg·kg-1),low-dose of extracts from ginnala fruit with ethyl acetate group(100 mg·kg-1),high-dose of water extraction and alcohol precipitation from ginnala fruit group(300 mg·kg-1),low-dose of water extraction and alcohol precipitation from ginnala fruit group(100 mg·kg-1),10 mice in each group.The mice were intragastrically administered for 3 weeks.At the end of the experiment,oral glucose tolerance test was performed.Blood glucose,serum lipids and serum insulin were measured,and the tissues of the organs were observed by HE staining. Results The two separate parts extracted from ginnala fruit decreased the blood glucose levels of diabetic mice,significantly decreased serum TC,TG,LDL-C,HbA1c,MDA and BUN levels,and significantly increased insulin,HDL-C,SOD and GSH levels in a dose-dependent manner.HE staining showed that the two kinds of rough separation sites of ginnala fruit groups had a good protective effect on liver and kidney.The effect of extracts from ginnala fruit with ethyl acetate was the best. Conclusion Ginnala fruit has significant hypoglycemic effect.
