标准四联法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化道溃疡疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:比较标准四联与三联法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化道溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1月~2016年12月某院收治的幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化道溃疡190例,其中观察组97例,采用克拉霉素、阿莫西林、兰索拉唑肠溶片、胶体果胶铋胶囊标准四联法治疗;对照组93例,采用克拉霉素、阿莫西林、兰索拉唑肠溶片标准三联法治疗。比较两组临床症状变化、溃疡愈合、Hp根除情况及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后28d,观察组缓解率、溃疡愈合及Hp根除率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:标准四联法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性消化道溃疡临床症状缓解率、Hp根除率、溃疡愈合率均较高,且不增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of standard tetralogy and triple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer.Methods:190 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer treated in a hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected.Among them,97 cases as treatment group were treated with standard quadruple method with clarithromycin,amoxicillin,lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets,and colloidal pectin bismuth capsules.Other 93 as control group were treated with triple therapy with clarithromycin,amoxicillin and lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets.The clinical symptoms,ulcer healing,Hp eradication and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 28 days of treatment,the remission rate,ulcer healing and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms remission rate,Hp eradication rate,ulcer healing rate of standard quadrature in the treatment of helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer are higher,which does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
