地方财经院校“人口、资源与环境经济学”博士生培养模式改革研究——以江西财经大学为例

摘　　要：地方财经院校的人口、资源与环境经济学博士研究生培养模式存在培养资源有限、培养模式特色不足、优质生源比重不高、学科研究对象不明确等问题。江西财经大学在人口、资源与环境经济学博士研究生培养模式改革方面作出了很多有益的探索:如完善博士生人才培养体系、强化博导第一责任、拓宽博士生培养平台资源等,取得了提升博士生科研胜任力和学习满意度等显著成效。There exist some problems about tlie doctoral training model of tlie economics of population,resources and environment in local university of finance and econom ics,such as:lim ited training resources;inadequate characteristics of doctoral training model;ambiguous subject research object and so on.Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics m ake a useful attem pt to reform the doctoral training model of the economics of population,resources and environm perfect training system of doctoral student,strengthen the first responsibility of the doctoral supervisor,and resource of doctoral training,which lead to raise the competency of scientific research and students.
