摘  要:良好的医患沟通技巧和习惯的建立,是医患双方互相了解最为重要的基础。从研究生临床规范化培训阶段就开始实施和培养良好的医患沟通习惯和技巧十分必要。文章介绍了在外科研究生规范化培训过程中,培训机构应积极组织医患沟通实践活动,导师或带教教师在临床活动中应以身作则、真实示范医患沟通过程,同时应制定医患沟通效果的客观评价标准等措施,从而提高其医患沟通能力,有效降低医患纠纷风险。Developing good doctor-patient communication skills and habits S thcm ost impo--tant basis for mutual understanding of both sides.At the stage of clinical standardization training,it is necessary to implement and develop good doctor-patient communication s kills and habits.This paper introduces meas ures to be taken as follows:during clinical standardization training of surgical postgraduates,standardization training institutions s hould actively organize doctor-patient communication practice activities,advisors or teachers s hould set good examples and demonstrate the proces s of doctor-patient communication.M eanwhile,objective evaluation criteria s hould be formulated for doctor-patient communication outcomes so as to improve surgical postgraduates^ability in doctor-patient communication and effectively reduce the risk of disputes between doctors and patients.
