教学医院检验科实习带教管理的实践与体会

摘　　要：随着医疗科研型医院的不断推进和发展,检验科作为临床医学和基础医学之间的桥梁,不仅服务于临床和患者,同时还承担着教学任务,在保证学生实习工作的同时,还要不断加强与临床结合的科研工作。文章就教学医院如何更好地带教与管理,从检验科的定位与作用、教学管理要求、科学制定教学计划和教学效果双向考核等方面提出了建议,以便使学生能够在有限的实习期内,提高实践操作能力和职业素质。With thcco nstantd evelopm en tofm edical researchhospitals,as the bridge between clinical medicine and basic medicine,department of clinical laboratory not only serves the clinic and patients,but also assumes teaching and research tasks.Therefore,it ensures students^practice work and at the same time continues to strengthen research in combination with clinical work.This articee puts forward some suggestions on how the teaching hospital can better and administration regarding the position and r〇ee of clinical laboratory departm ent,requi--ements of teaching adm inistration,scientific teaching planning and two-way assessment of teaching outcomes to improve students^practical ability and professional quality during the limited inte--nship period.
