“地域性”视野下的建筑被动式设计要点浅析

摘　　要：建筑的被动式设计在建筑节能、持续可再生循环等方面有着举足轻重的作用。公共建筑作为建筑中能耗较大的一个类别,降低其建筑能耗是长久以来业内研究的重点问题。被动式设计作为该研究的"主角",其含义与建筑的"地域性"特性有着显著的相似之处,前者偏向技术层面,后者则更为注重建筑的设计、文化方面。从二者的关系来看,被动式设计应从属于建筑的地域性特征或是地域性设计。通过对"地域性"及"被动式设计"相关理论的整理归纳分析以及部分案例的研究,从设计与文化入手,结合地域性特征与设计手法对建筑被动式设计进行相关要点进行分析与总结,藉此希望能够通过不同的角度阐述、分析、总结,使建筑创作与被动式技术形成地域性结合。The passive design of building plays an important role in the energy consumption reduction and the sustainable development.Public building as a large energy consumption subject,reducing its energy consumption is the focus of the industry research for a long time.As the“protagonist”of the research,the passive design has significant similarities with the“regionalism”-regional characteristics of buildings.The passive design favors the technical aspect,while the“regionalism”focuses more on the architectural design and culture.Through summarizing and analyzing the relevant theories of“regionalism”and“passive design”and some case studies,starting from the design and culture,the relevant points of the passive design of buildings are expounded combining the regional characteristics and design techniques.The paper hopes to elaborate,analyze and summarize design methods through different angles to form regional combination on architectural creation and passive technology.
