新时期建筑学学科发展的若干问题

摘　　要：我国经济高速进步加快了城镇化进程,城乡人居环境品质大为提升.三十年间,我国建筑设计行业有幸完成了超过400亿平方米的建筑创作与设计任务.与此同时,建筑学本科、硕士、博士培养体系逐步建立完善,标志着我国的职业建筑师训练和建筑学基础理论研究队伍基本上与西方国家同步.新时期"一带一路"战略的实施,需要全面贯彻"适用、经济、绿色、美观"的新建筑方针,从建筑理论、建筑设计方法和适宜性设计技术方面开展基础研究,提升各类建筑设计标准与规范体系.本文就建筑学学科发展与科学研究中的几个热点问题做了剖析阐述,供商榷.The rapid development of economy has boosted urbanization and improved the quality of humanistic environment in both town and country.In the past 30 years,the architectural design industry in China has fortunately completed the creation and design assignments that contains over forty billion square meters tasks.Meanwhile,the culture systems of bachelor,master and doctor′s degrees of Architecture has been improving gradually,which indicates the professional architect training and the research team of architectural foundations in China are essentially keeping the same pace with that of the developed countries in the West.The implementation of“One Belt and One Road”strategy in the new era should correspond to the new architectural policies of“practical,affordable,environmental-friendly and artistic”.Research should therefore base itself on architectural theories,methods of architecture design,design techniques of applicability,which would enhance the standard and normative system of various architectural designs.This paper discusses these hot issues concerning the development of architecture and scientific studies.
