摘  要:本论文采用超声波辅助提取柚皮中黄酮类化合物。首先考察超声波的提取时间、乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取功率五个因素对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。单因素实验表明,提取时间和提取温度对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响不大,超声波辅助提取柚皮中黄酮的优化工艺条件为:料液比1∶15,乙醇的体积分数为60%,提取功率175 W,与传统工艺相比,超声法有较高提取率。Fenton法表明柚皮中的黄酮具有较强的抗氧化作用。In this paper,the ultrasonic assisted techniques were used to extract flavonoids from pomelo peel.First,five single factors including ultrasonic extraction time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction power were investigated on the extraction rate of flavonoids.The results showed that little effect on the yield of extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction of flavonoids.And the best conditions of ultrasonic assisted extraction of flavonoids were material liquid ratio 1∶15,volume fraction of ethanol 60%,extract power 175 W.Compared with the extraction method,ultrasonic assisted extraction method had a higher extraction yield.The results of fenton methods showed the flavonoids in pomelo peel had a strong antioxidant effect.
