摘　　要：针对上海交通大学材料学院通用科学仪器设备共享的现状,基于实验预约管理系统采集各决策单元相应的数据,利用数据包络模型建立实验室仪器设备开放共享的效率评价体系。以设备投入和人员投入为输入指标,以共享水平、收益水平和人才培养为输出指标,为实验室资源开放共享选定了一种较客观的量化评价方法,使实验室评价更加正规化、科学化、系统化,为材料学院实验室开放共享绩效的提升提供指导性的参考依据。Performance evaluation index system was established by DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)model according to the sharing status of the general equipment and data of the experimental management information system in Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.A more objective quantitative evaluation method,which is more regular,scientific and systematic to enhance the guideline for the material laboratory open and shared performance,was obtained by choosing input indicators and output indicators.The equipment and personnel are set as input indicators,whereas the sharing level,income level and the talent cultivation level are set as the output indicators.
