摘　　要：邻苯二甲酸酯的使用长达半个世纪,长期用于塑料的增塑剂,影响着人们的饮食卫生安全和身体健康,在全球各种介质中都有该类物质的检出,本文主要对水产品中邻苯二甲酸酯类检测方法的研究进展进行综述概括,包括前处理方法、净化方法、检测方法三个方面。进而增加对邻苯二甲酸酯的了解,为今后快速、简便、有效的检测水产品中的邻苯二甲酸酯含量提供科学依据。Phthalic acidesters have been used for half a century and have long been used as plasticizers for plastics,affecting the health and safety of people s diet,and their health,and such substances are detected in all kinds of media in the world.The research status of phthalates detection methods in aquatic products was mainly summarized,including pretreatment methods,purification methods,detection methods,which will further increase the understanding of phthalates and provide a scientific basis for the rapid,simple and effective detection of phthalic acidesters in aquatic products in the future.
