摘　　要：探索能够主动适应新经济发展需求的应用型人才培养模式是新工科教育背景下地方本科院校的必然选择。以地方本科院校化工类专业为例,改革传统的以知识系统化教育为目标的课程体系和教学体系,以适应地方新经济发展需求为目标,从新工科人才培养要求出发,统筹规划学生的知识、能力和素质培养结构,重组教学内容,优化专业培养方案,探索创建"一导向、四模块、三阶段、两结合、一核心"的"14321"应用型人才培养新模式。Exploring the applied talents cultivating mode,which satisfies the need to actively adapt to the current economical development,is an inevitable choice of local universities in the background of emerging engineering education.The mode in the case of chemical engineering major and reforms the traditional course system and teaching system with the purpose of systematical education were discussed.The mode aiming to adapt to the current economical development considered the emerging engineering talents cultivating requirement,and systematically organized students’knowledge,ability as well as quality cultivating structure.The mode also re-organized teaching content,optimized professional cultivating plan,explored to create a new applied talents cultivating mode named“14321”,which was compromised of one orientation,four sections,three stages,two combinations and one core.
