护理干预联合中医综合治疗对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者生活质量影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预联合中医综合治疗对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取符合条件接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者126例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例,治疗组予以护理干预联合香砂六君子汤加味配合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组予胃复春片治疗,治疗6个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为85.7%,对照组的总有效率为73.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能4个维度的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预联合中医综合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效明确,且可快速改善患者的生活质量,具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention plus TCM comprehensive therapy on life quality in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:126 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,63 cases in each.The treatment group received nursing intervention with the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(香砂六君子汤)and acupoint sticking,while the control group took the Weifuchun tablets(胃复春片).In 6 months,clinical effects were observed.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency was 85.7%in the treatment group and 73.0%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The physical function,physical pain,general health and social function were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention with TCM comprehensive therapy on chronic atrophic gastritis showed clear clinical efficacy,and could quickly improve life quality of patients,with good clinical value.
