摘　　要：目的探讨超软热凝树脂内衬囊肿塞在颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术治疗中的临床应用。方法20例颌骨囊性病变患者行开窗减压治疗,术后佩戴超软热凝树脂内衬囊肿塞维持引流,观察临床疗效。结果 20例颌骨囊性病变囊腔引流通畅,病变区骨密度逐渐增大。结论超软热凝树脂内衬囊肿塞能持续维持开窗减压术后囊腔引流通畅,是一种值得推广的临床应用装置。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the cyst plug with soft liner thermosetting resin in maxillary cystic disease treated by marsupialization.Methods 20 patients with maxillary cystic disease were treated by marsupialization and fixed with this cyst plug to keep the wound open.Results The drainage device maintained open of the cysts and the bone mineral density increased gradually in all patients.Conclusion Cyst plug with soft liner thermosetting resin can maintain the cyst open and be effective in treatment.
