摘　　要：目的观察中医外治方法在脑瘫患儿中应用效果,总结康复护理措施。方法 2015年8月—2017年10月收治入院146例脑瘫儿童分为观察组(n=74)和对照组(n=74)。对照组患儿接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医外治护理方案。采用PALCI标准和Barthel指数(BI)评价患儿康复情况。结果实施护理干预后,观察组患儿PALCI评分(26.57±3.19)分,低于对照组的(31.23±2.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BI指数评分(41.14±2.37)分,高于对照组的(40.47±2.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医外治护理方案家长接受程度高,能进一步促进脑瘫患儿肢体功能康复。Objective To observe the effect of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for cerebral palsy children,and to discuss related rehabilitation nursing measures.Methods Totally 146 children with cerebral palsy were assigned to the observation group(n=74)and the control group(n=74).Children in both two groups received conventional treatment and nursing care,and external therapy of TCM was carried out in the observation group.The rehabilitation condition was evaluated by PALCI scale and Barthel index(BI).Results The PALCI score was(26.57±3.19)in the observation group,which was lower than(31.23±2.46)of the controls(P<0.05).Children in the observation group achieved a higher score of BI compared with that in the control group(41.14±2.37 vs.40.47±2.09,P<0.05).Conclusion With a higher acceptance among parents,the external therapy of TCM is potentially effective to improve the functional recovery of children with cerebral palsy.
