摘　　要：将学科馆员工作机制嵌入到参考咨询传统服务模式中,是地方高校转型发展构建重点建设的学科专业群的需要。学科馆员参考咨询的工作流程和模式基于功能模块由咨询服务、咨询系统流程、工作流程三个模块功能的发挥。地方高校学科专业群构建需加强学科馆员的参考咨询工作,其服务内容包括个性化知识分析、主动的知识推送以及重点学科专业群文献资源建设等。To embed the subject librarian work mechanism traditional reference service mode,is the transformation of local colleges development to build the needs of the professional group of key construction disciplines.The working process of the subject librarian reference and model based on function module by consulting services,consulting,system process,the workflow of the three modules.Local colleges and universities need to strengthen professional construction disciplines librarians’reference consulting work,its services include personalized knowledge analysis,active and professional group of key disciplines of knowledge push literature resources construction,etc.
