摘　　要：隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤是一种低度恶性的纤维组织细胞肿瘤,发病率低,中年男性多见,确诊需组织病理检查,治疗首选手术切除,但术后易复发。文章报告2例女性患者,行扩大切除术后均无复发。Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is a low-grade malignant fibrous tissue neoplasm with a low incidence,and primarily affects middle-aged men.Histopathological examinations are required to confirm diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.The first choice for treatment is surgical resection,but the disease is subject to relapse.This article reported two female dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans patients with no recurrence after extended surgical resection.
