摘　　要：激励作为大学生创业团队实现成功管理的关键环节,贯穿于团队创建、适应、巩固等过程。由于大学生创业团队运行的动态、复杂性,要求设计一种系统、科学的团队激励机制。良性激励机制使团队成员充分地发挥了才能,深度开发着团队的人力资源潜能,从而维持着团队的高效率。通过梳理成都地区六所高校大学生创业团队激励存在的问题,剖析团队实现激励面临的困境,提出构建大学生创业团队激励机制的实施路径,为大学生创业团队开展有效激励提供了有益借鉴。Incentives,as the key link to realize the successful management of the entrepreneurial team,run through the process of creating,adapting and consolidating the team.Due to the dynamic and complexity of college students’entrepreneurial team operation,it is required to design a systematic and scientific team incentive mechanism.The positive incentive mechanism enables team members to fully develop their talents and develop the team’s human resource potential in depth so as to maintain the team’s high efficiency.By combing the motivating problems of the entrepreneurial teams of six college students in Chengdu,this paper analyzes the plight that the team faces in realizing the motivation,and puts forward the implementation path of constructing the motivational mechanism of the entrepreneurial team in college students.It provides a useful reference for the entrepreneurial team to carry out effective motivation.
