泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞或狭窄的临床疗效及并发症处理分析

摘　　要：目的探究采用泪道置管术治疗患者泪道狭窄以及泪道阻塞的治疗效果以及对术后并发症的处理。方法方便选取2010年2月—2013年1月进入该院进行治疗的泪道狭窄或者阻塞患者共101例患者,患病眼数共129眼,所有患者在治疗过程中由相同医师进行手术,对患者进行复诊并通过问卷调查患者的治疗效果。结果患者总例数为101例,其中患病眼睛只数为129眼,在患者接受治疗后随访对患者治疗效果进行调查发现,患者治疗总有效率为84.49%,泪道狭窄患者治疗有效率为81.48%;眼泪道阻塞的患者治疗有效率为85.29%。结论采用泪道置管术治疗患者泪道狭窄以及泪道阻塞患者治疗效果好,对于患者在术中以及术后易出现的并发症需根据患者不同病情有针对性的选择治疗方案以减少对患者的影响。Objective This paper tries to investigate the treatm ent and postoperative com plications of lacrim al duct stenosis and lacrim al duct obstruction in patients treated with lacrim al duct catheterization.Methods 101 patients from February 2010 to January 2013 in this hospital for treatm ent of lacrim al duct stenosis or obstruction were conveniently selected with a total of 129 eyes,all patients underw ent surgery by the sam e physician during treatm ent,the patient was followed up and their treatm ent efficacy was investigated by questionnaires.Results The total num ber of patients in 101 cases with 129 eyes,according to the follow-up and investigation of these p atien ts’curative efficacy,the total effective rate was 84.49%of patients,the effective rate of lacrim al stenosis in patients was 81.48%,and the treatm ent rate of patients with lacrim al duct obstruction was 85.29%.Conclusion The use of lacrim al duct catheterization in patients with lacrim al duct stenosis and lacrim al duct obstruction is rem arkable,targeted treatm ent options should be chosen to reduce the influences on patients in surgery and postoperative com plications according to different diseases.
