摘　　要：眼底疾病中,玻璃体切除术是一种有效的治疗手段,但其术后并发症多。继发性高眼压、青光眼为其并发症,发病率高,发病机制错综复杂,治疗棘手,属眼科疾病中的疑难杂症。临床上,常将玻切术后继发高眼压、青光眼混淆,诊断不清。本文将玻切术后青光眼的诊断、处理和预防等进行了综述,以供参考。Among the fundus diseases,vitrectomy is an effective treatment,But there are many complications after operation.Secondary high intraocular pressure,glaucoma is its complication,and the incidence of the disease is high,the mechanism of the disease is complicated,the treatment is difficult and belongs to the intractable diseases.Clinically,secondary high intraocular pressure and glaucoma are often confused.The diagnosis,treatment and prevention of high intraocular pressure after vitrectomy are reviewed in this paper.
