摘　　要：视盘内出血伴视盘旁视网膜下出血(IHAPSH)是一种视盘及视盘下视网膜同时出血的疾病,多见于中、高度近视患者,无需特殊治疗,出血可自行吸收。做出正确的诊断,避免过度治疗对视盘内出血伴视盘旁视网膜下出血有重要意义。IHAPSH is a disease of simultaneous hemorrhage of the optic disc and adjacent optic disc subretinal.It is common in middle and high myopia patients.Without special treatment,bleeding can be absorbed by itself.Making the right diagnosis and avoiding overtreatment is curcial for IHAPSH.
