结核性葡萄膜炎1例

摘　　要：结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引起的一种传染性疾病。根据世界卫生组织(WHO)的报道,它是世界上导致死亡最主要原因之一,每年有近800万例新发病例,每年有100多万例死亡,结核病仍然是一个公共卫生问题[1]。它可引起全身多脏器的炎性改变,眼部并发症较少见,故容易被眼科医生所忽。本病虽不罕见,但中西医治疗报道较为少见,笔者临床上偶遇1例结核性葡萄膜炎,将从其中西医治疗方面探讨本病,现将其报告如下。Tuberculosis is a contagious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.It represents,according to World Health Organization(WHO),one of the most leading causes of death worldwide.With nearly 8 million new cases each year and more than 1 million deaths per year,tuberculosis is still a public health problem[1].It can cause the inflammatory change of the body multiple organ,the eye complication is less rare,so it is easy to be neglected by the ophthalmologist.Although the disease is not rare,the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is relatively rare,and the author has encountered one case of tuberculous uveitis in clinic,which will discuss the disease in the treatment of western medicine.Now,the report is as follows.
