摘 要:本试验采用闪式提取法从低次烟叶中提取茄尼醇,通过高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)测得了纯化结晶后的茄尼醇样品的纯度,然后模拟卷烟燃吸条件,对茄尼醇样品在300、600、900℃条件下的热裂解成分进行分析,初步探讨其热裂解机理。结果表明,裂解产物共73种,有D-柠檬烯、柠檬醛、香叶基香叶醇和角鲨烯等香味物质。In this study,solanesol was extracted from low-order tobacco leaves by flash extraction.The purity of the solanesol samples after purification was measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The pyrolysis components of the solanesol samples at 300,600 and 900℃were analyzed and the pyrolysis mechanism was discussed.The results showed that there were 73 kinds of pyrolysis products,which had D-limonene,citral,geranyl geraniol and squalene and other substances.
