摘  要:沪通长江大桥跨南岸大堤上部结构为3孔112m简支钢桁梁。针对3孔112m简支钢桁梁架设,经综合比选,采用"散拼架设,先连续后简支"施工方案。在33号墩两侧设墩旁托架,利用钢桁梁自身的刚度双悬臂对称架设,减小了钢桁梁的悬臂长度,能够有效控制大悬臂工况下钢桁梁的应力及变形,再通过临时连接悬臂施工最后一孔。钢桁梁散拼架设完成后起落千斤顶分段安装公路桥面板、铁路槽形梁,拆除跨间临时连接,由施工的连续梁状态变为成桥的简支梁结构。施工过程中,在墩顶或托架顶设抗风措施;为确保悬臂钢梁顺利上墩,墩顶布置千斤顶和抄垫钢垫块,待钢梁上墩后千斤顶起顶再安装支座;相邻跨间设临时连接形成连续结构,确保了悬拼期间钢桁梁的结构安全和稳定性。The superstructure of Hutong Changjiang River Bridge crossing the south embankment consists of three spans of 112 m simply-supported steel truss girders.The construction scheme of assembling the components individually first and then making the structure transform from continuous to simply-supported structure was chosen for the three spans of 112 m simply-supported girders via schemes comparison.Brackets were installed to the two sides of the pier No.33 to realize the two-side cantilever erection of the steel truss girder with the aid of the stiffness of the steel truss girders.This construction method can reduce the cantilever lengths of the steel truss girders and is able to effectively control the stress and deformation of the steel truss girders in the long cantilever condition.And then,the cantilevers were temporarily connected to finish the erection of the last span.Once the individual assembly and erection of the steel truss girders were finished,the highway deck and the railway trough beams were erected in sections by using jacks.The temporary connections between spans were dismantled to realize the transformation of the structure from continuous to simply-supported condition in the completed bridge state.During the construction,wind resistant setups were installed on tops of the piers and the brackets.To ensure that the cantilever steel girders can be placed on the piers smoothly,the jacks were installed on the pier tops with steel plate pads,and the bearings waited to install after the steel beams were lifted on to the tops of piers by jacks.Adjacent spans were linked to form continuous structures by temporary connections,to ensure the safety and stability of the steel beam structure during the cantilever assembly.
