摘 要:沪通长江大桥非通航孔桥采用112m简支钢桁梁结构,主桁采用带竖杆的华伦式桁架,杆件类型多,孔群复杂。根据后孔法为主的制孔原则,利用2台三维划线机,一次装夹实现5个型面的三维划线工作。杆件孔群划线主要是划孔群基准线,水平和竖直的孔群基准线使用高精度划线头直接在杆件上划线,斜的孔群基准线先划出基准点,利用划针连线基准点,形成基准线。三维划线工艺成功在该桥钢桁梁中应用,划线合格率100%,划线后钻制的孔群偏差均在±0.8mm以内,相对于手工划线效率提高约40%。在三维划线实施过程中对杆件调整机构进行优化改进,设计了一套全自动液压控制调整系统,改进后划线效率可提升35%以上。The non-navigational channel bridge of Hutong Changjiang River Bridge consists of simply-supported steel truss spans of 112 m long.The main truss adopts the Warren truss with vertical struts.Multiple types of members are used to form the main truss and the layout of clusters of holes is complicated.The conventional marking technique used to the members shows disadvantages of low efficiency,low accuracy,great error and severe reliance on the technical skills of the operators.In this account,the three-dimensional marking method is studied,considering the characteristics of the steel truss girder and the hole drilling accuracy requirements.The specific operations in the three-dimensional marking technique for the steel truss girder include the followings:to use two three-dimensional marking machines(the working principle is the coordinate measurement marking)to realize the three-dimensional marking of five profile sections in one operation,following the determined principle of hole drilling.The marking of the clusters of holes on the members mainly focuses on the benchmark lines of clusters of holes,the benchmark line for the clusters of holes in the horizontal and vertical members are made directly on the members by using high-precision markers,and for the oblique benchmark lines of the clusters of holes,the benchmark points of the clusters of holes are first made,and the draw lines to connect the benchmark points to form baseline.The three-dimensional marking technique has been successfully used to the steel truss girder of the bridge,the marking qualified rate is 100%,and the error of clusters of holes drilled after the marking is within the range of±0.8 mm,improved by 40%when compared with manual marking.During the three-dimensional marking process,the adjusting devices for the members were optimized,and a set of automated hydraulic controlling and adjusting system was designed.And after the improvement,the marking efficiency can be increased by more than 35%.
