摘　　要：沪通长江大桥全长11.072km,其中钢结构桥梁长5 827m,全桥钢梁用钢量达2.5×105 t。为了保证钢梁制造和涂装施工质量,建设单位在钢梁制造中推行标准化管理。建立合格供应商名录;构建专业化施工团队和完善的制度体系;严格执行达标检查、焊接工艺评定、首件验收、日常检查和综合考评、信息化管理;实行钢梁制造厂自检、监理检查和第三方抽检三级质量管理。最终实现各项工作闭环管理、有序可控,保证了钢梁制造质量。The Hutong Changjiang River Bridge has a total length of 11.072 km,among which the steel bridge structure accounts for 5 827 m.The steel used to the whole bridge weighs 2.5×10 5 t.To ensure the manufacture and coating quality,the companies that are in charge of the construction implements standardized management in the manufacture of the steel girder.The specific management items include the followings:to establish the list of the suppliers;organize the specialist construction teams;rigorously execute the compliance check,welding technique evaluation,first piece acceptance,routine inspection and comprehensive examination and computerized information management;to implement the three-grade quality management of factory inspection,supervisor inspection and the third party sampling inspection.The intension of the management is to realize the closed-loop management and ordered control of all the works,to ensure the manufacturing quality of the steel girder.
