摘 要:针对伺服驱动系统受滚珠丝杠轴向及扭转共振影响的缺点,提出一种新的滚珠丝杠进给控制系统的设计方法,通过降低止推轴承刚度以承担驱动过程中较大的轴向载荷,同时并联具有较大阻尼系数的阻尼减震器来提高整体系统的动态刚度。通过实验进行验证,证明了该方法能够增大伺服控制系统带宽,同时为滚珠丝杠驱动系统设计理想的阻尼减震器提供了基础。A new method for the design of ball screw feed control system is proposed based on the axial and torsional resonance effect from the servo drive system.The dynamic stiffness of the whole system is improved by reducing the stiffness of the axial bearing in order to bear the larger axial load during the driving process,and damping dampers with parallel damping coefficients in parallel.The experimental results show that the proposed method can increase the bandwidth of servo control system and provide the basis for the design of an ideal damping damper for the ball screw drive system.
