摘 要:供应链环境下库存管理策略已经有了很多的研究,为了使库存策略更加完善贴近实际,本文在零售商的需求确定且订货提前期为零的VMI-TPL供应链基础上研究了零售商的订货提前期不为零的相应的情况,通过建立相关的数学模型及求解得到了最优的生产策略和库存控制策略,同时也研究了在零售商订货提前期不为零时未引入TPL情况下的相应的库存策略,最后通过具体的实例将两者进行了比较得出,在零售商订货提前期不为零的情况下引入TPL仍然比未引入TPL要节省成本,证明了结论。The inventory management's strategy has had a lot of researches under the environment of supply chain,in order to make the inventory management's strategy become better so that attach to the true,this thesis gives the VMI-TPL supply chain that retailer's lead time of order is not zero based on the VMI-TPL supply chain that retailer's demand is positive and the lead time of order is close to zero.This thesis also gives the best production's strategy and the best inventory management's strategy by building and solving the mathematical model,meanwhile,this thesis also studies VMI-TPL supply chain's inventory strategy that carry not the TPL at the same conditions.In the end,this thesis comes to a conclusion that the VMI-TPL supply chain is better than VMI-TPL based on the retailer's lead time of order is zero.
