摘 要:目的研究酸角壳提取物对脂肪负荷小鼠脂肪吸收的抑制作用。方法采用橄榄油负荷大鼠为实验系统,通过检测负荷后不同时间点血浆甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、总胆固醇和游离胆固醇水平,探讨酸角壳提取物对脂肪负荷后血脂的影响;采用正常大鼠为实验系统,通过测定小肠黏膜和内容物胰脂肪酶活性,评价酸角壳提取物对小肠胰脂肪酶的抑制活性,以及给药后不同时间酸角壳提取物对小肠胰脂肪酶的抑制活性。结果酸角壳提取物能显著降低大鼠橄榄油负荷后4 h和6 h的甘油三酯水平(P<0.01)。酸角壳提取物能明显抑制小肠上段和中段胰脂肪酶的活性,在给药30 min到1 h抑制活性最强。结论酸角壳提取物能显著降低橄榄油负荷后大鼠的甘油三酯水平,其作用可能与抑制肠道脂肪酶有关。Objective To study the inhibitory effects of tamarind shell extract on the blood fat levels of rats in oral fat load test.Methods The serum levels of blood triglyceride,free fatty acid,total cholesterol and free cholesterol in rats after olive oil loading were analyzed chronologically to evaluate the effect of tamarind shell extract.In vivo studies were also performed to study the inhibitory effects of tamarind shell extract on the activities of lipase in small intestinal mucosa and contents.The lipase inhibitory activity of tamarind shell extract at different time point after treatment was evaluated.Results Tamarind shell extract had significant influences on the postprandial blood triglyceride at 4 h and 6 h after olive oil administration(P<0.01).Tamarind shell extract also significantly inhibited the activities of lipase both in the small intestinal mucosa and contents,especially among 30 min-1 h after administration.Conclusion Tamarind shell extract can effectively reduce the blood triglyceride level in rats after olive oil loading.Its mechanism may be related to the inhibitory effects on intestinal lipase.
