摘　　要：文章将高校宣传思想工作概括、细化为铸魂工程、塑形工程、固本工程、强基工程四大工程,分析如何通过实施四大工程,进一步巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,进一步巩固高校师生员工团结奋斗的共同思想基础,壮大高校改革发展稳定的正面主流舆论,推进高校文化传承创新和文化育人,强化工作系统保障,从而回答如何用实施工程的方法推进高校宣传思想工作这一命题。This paper will detail and summarize propaganda ideological work in colleges and universities as four major work such as Soul-Casting,Shaping,fixing,and strengthening.This article will focus on how to strengthen Marxism's leading status in the field of ideology by implementing such four projects.It will further consolidate the common ideological base that promote teachers and students in college and universities to work hard,and also will strengthen the positive mainstream public opinion on reform and development of colleges and universities,promote the innovation of cultural inheritance and cultural education in colleges and universities,and strengthen the guarantee of the work system.Based on above,all of the projects can answer the proposition of how to promote ideological work in colleges and universities by means of implementing engineering.
