国外创业教育对我国大学农科专业的启发

摘　　要：大学农科专业开展创业教育,是缓解我国农科大学生就业压力、促进我国农业现代化发展的重要手段.本文归纳总结了目前我国高校农科专业创业教育的关键问题,引用和学习了国外大学创业教育经验,从而提出我国高校农科专业创业教育应明确培养高素质的农业科技人才和具有匠人精神的创新创业人才目标,搭建"政府-社会-高校-家庭"四位一体的和谐创业平台、建立优质创业教育师资团队和创建创业课程体系、保障实践环节密切融入创业教育全过程、科学创建创业教育管理机构和评估体系的改革建议.The development of entrepreneurship education in major of agricultural science of universities is an important measure to alleviate the employment pressure of the college students majoring in agricultural sciences and promote the development of agricultural modernization in China.The key problems of entrepreneurship education for major of agricultural science in the colleges and universities in China at present were summed up in the paper.The experience of entrepreneurship education in foreign universities has been studied and quoted,and then some reform suggestions were put forward for entrepreneurship education of major of agricultural science in the colleges and universities in China as below.First,it should have clear goals of training high quality talents of agricultural science and technology and cultivating creative and innovative talents with craftsmanship.Second,it should build a four-in-one harmonious enterprise platform of“government-society-university-family”.Third,it should establish a teachers’team with high quality and creative curriculum system for entrepreneurship education.Fourth,it should ensure the practices of entrepreneurship courses integrated into the whole process of entrepreneurship education closely.At last,it should scientifically set up management institutions and evaluation system for entrepreneurship education.
