摘 要:研究了钢水温度、吹氩搅拌、渣况、酸溶铝含量、初始硫含量对承钢150 t LF炉脱硫的影响规律及工艺优化的实践效果。结果表明:温度1 565~1 590℃,搅拌能ε>7 000 W/t,石灰1 000~1 300 kg/炉,炉渣碱度2.8~3.2,渣中w(FeO+MnO)在0.5%左右,玻璃渣厚1~2 mm,酸溶铝含量200×10^(-6)~300×10^(-6),初始硫含量低等工艺条件有利于获得低硫钢水。工艺优化后,脱硫率由50%~65%提高到80%~90%,效果显著。The influence of molten steel temperature,argon stirring,slag condition,acid soluble aluminum content and initial sulfur content on desulphurization and process optimization of Chengsteel 150 t LF furnace is studied.The results show that low sulphur liquid steel is obtained in condition that temperature is 1 565~1 590℃,stirring energyε>7 000 w/t,lime is 700~1 000 kg/furnace,slag basicity is 2.5~3.2,w(FeO+MnO)<1%in the slag,thickness of glass slag is 1~2 mm,acid soluble aluminum content is 200~300 ppm,and initial sulfur content is low.After the process optimization,the desulfurization rate is increased from 50%~65%to 80%~90%,and the effect is remarkable.
