摘 要:针对某型履带式步兵战车自动装弹机故障率较高,故障原因复杂等问题,建立全车虚拟样机模型与自动装弹机简化模型,重构不同等级路面,通过对全车行进间动力学仿真,得出不同行驶状态下自动装弹机的关键部件动态响应特性,为自动装弹机的故障机理分析搭建有效平台,为武器装备维修保障和改进设计提供借鉴参考。In response to the problem of the higher failure rate and complex fault cause of the autoloader of certain armored tracked vehicle,virtual prototyping model of the whole vehicle and autoloader were established,and different grades of roads were restructured.Through dynamic simulation of full vehicle on the move,the dynamic response characteristics of key components in different driving conditions are obtained,which provides references for setting up an effective platform for fault mechanism analysis of auto-loader as well as for maintenance support and design improvement of weapon equipment.
