湖北省青少年学生校内外生活方式与体育锻炼现状及对策研究

摘　　要：目的:厘清湖北省青少年学生的校内外生活方式与体育锻炼行为特点。方法:分层抽取湖北省小学、初中、高中学生各4500名,进行校内外生活方式的行为选择及体育锻炼现状问卷调查,并进行重点归纳和原因分析。结果:湖北省青少年学生校内外课余时间的行为选择均以学习性行为为主,体育锻炼自主性缺乏,锻炼时间不足,锻炼形式单一,锻炼方法来源面窄,锻炼地点集中在"15分钟路程以内",养成体育锻炼习惯的学生较少。结论:加强教育改革,切实减轻学生的课业负担;保证锻炼时间,开展丰富多彩的体育活动;完善保障措施,促进体育宣传与指导;加大体育设施投入,引导湖北省青少年学生养成坚持体育锻炼的生活习惯。Objective:To clarify the adolescent student's lifestyle and the characteristics of physical exercise inside and outside school.Methods:4500 students from primary school,junior middle school and high school in Hubei province are selected to conduct the questionnaire survey on the behavior selection of lifestyle and physical exercise status inside and outside school and the causes are analyze.Results:The adolescent students in Hubei province mainly choose learning behavior inside and outside school.And they are in lack of exercise autonomy and exercise time,and the exercising pattern is also single.The sources of exercise method are narrow and exercise place focus on"within 15 minutes".Fewer adolescent students get into physical exercise habit.Conclusions:In order to guide the students in Hubei province to develop the habit of physical exercise,we should strengthen education reform to effectively reduce the students'academic burden and ensure the exercise time and carry out a variety of sports activities.We also need to improve safeguard measures,promote sports publicity and guidance and invest more in sports facilities.
