“大文化观”引领下的应用型本科院校大学文化建设

摘　　要：大学肩负着文化传承与创新的使命,大学文化建设既是提升大学生文化修养的重要途径,是学校办出水平、办出特色的基础,也是学校引领社会文化发展、服务社会的主要途径。详细分析了大学文化建设的理论依据、发展历程以及我国应用型本科院校文化建设的现状与不足,并在此基础上,结合应用型本科院校的办学特点,提出以"大文化观"理念引领大学文化建设,构建"校园文化与专业文化两级协同、地域文化与行业文化有效支撑"的大学文化建设体系。The universities shoulder the mission of cultural inheritance and innovation.The construction of university culture is not only an important way to enhance college students’cultural accomplishment,but also a basis for schools to run horizontally and make a distinctive feature.It is also the main way for schools to lead the development of social culture and serve the society.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis,the development process of the university culture construction and the current situation and deficiency of the cultural construction of the applied undergraduate colleges and universities in China.On this basis,combined with the teaching characteristics of application-oriented universities,it proposes to guide the construction of university culture based on the concept of“great cultural outlook”,and build a university culture construction system of“two levels of synergy between campus culture and professional culture,and effective support of regional culture and industry culture”.
