摘  要:随着大学生创新实践项目在高校普及,越来越多的化学专业学生在本科阶段进入科研实验室开展科学研究。而化学专业科学研究呈现的多学科交叉的特点,对学生的生物化学知识结构和水平提出新的要求和挑战。基于化学与生物专业"生物化学"课程难度、重点及培养目标的区别,为应对新要求和挑战,提出案例引发、前沿展示、结合科研、PBL教学等多种改革思路,并畅想利用虚拟仿真技术弥补展示生化实验。With the popularization of college students’innovative practice projects,more and more chemical majors have entered scientific research laboratory in the undergraduate stage.The characteristics of the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research in the scientific research of chemistry have put forward new demands and challenges for the structure and level of the students’biochemical knowledge.Based on the differences between curriculum difficulty,emphasis and training goal of chemistry and biological biochemistry,to cope with the new demands and challenges,case initiation,front display,combination of scientific research,PBL teaching are put forward,and the use of virtual simulation technology for display of biochemical experiment is under consideration.
