摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌高危人群化学预防药物应用率及其影响因素。方法对乳腺癌高危人群资料进行回顾性分析,计算预防药物应用率并分析其影响因素。结果共纳入183例研究对象。预防药物应用率为22.4%(41/183)。单因素分析发现,老年、绝经后、已婚、有合并症、低学历、高体重指数、导管上皮重度不典型增生、就诊乳腺专科人群的预防药物应用率较高(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,年龄、病理类型、就诊科室为影响预防药物应用率的独立因素。结论乳腺癌高危人群化学预防药物应用率处于较低水平。加强医护人员相关知识的培训,大力发展乳腺专科建设,重视与年轻高危人群的沟通交流,可能有助于化学预防的开展。Objective To investigate the application rate of chemoprophylactic drugs in breast cancer high risk population and its influencing factors.Methods The data about breast cancer high risk population were retrospectively analyzed to calculate the application rate of chemoprophylactic drugs and to analyze its influencing factors.Results A total of 183 woman patients were enrolled in the study,and the application rate of chemoprophylactic drugs was 22.4%(41/183).The single variable analysis results showed that the factors that were correlated with higher application rate of chemoprevention drugs included senium,menopausal status,comorbidities,lower levels of academic career,higher BMI,severe dysplasia of ductal epithelium(P<0.05).The multiple variable analysis results showed that patient’s age,pathological type and the department visited by patients were independent factors influencing the application rate of chemoprophylactic drugs.Conclusion The application rate of chemoprophylactic drugs in breast cancer high risk population is in a lower level,therefor,it is necessary to take measures to change current situation.
