玻璃体切割术在复杂眼外伤治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切割术治疗复杂眼外伤的疗效。方法选取2015年4月至2017年4月在我院治疗的复杂眼外伤患者27例(27眼),均给予玻璃体切割术治疗。对患者的治疗效果及玻璃体高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB1)进行评估。结果治疗后,共有22眼达到功能治愈标准,有4眼达到解剖治愈标准,仅有1眼未治愈;术后患者视力较术前明显改善(P<0.05),其中视力>0.1眼数占到18.52%;功能治愈患者与其他疗效患者的HMGB1表达分别为(302.18±89.29)pg/ml和(287.29±90.04)pg/ml,组间差异无统计学意义(P>.05);术后并发症发生率为14.82%,给予对症处理后逐渐好转。结论玻璃体切割术治疗复杂眼外伤效果较好,不同疗效患者的玻璃体HMGB1表达无差异。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitrectomy in the treatment of complicated ocular trauma.Methods A total of 27 cases with complicated ocular trauma(27 eyes)who had received vitrectomy in our hospital between April 2015 and April 2017 were selected.The therapeutic effect and the high mobility group protein(HMGB1)of vitreum were evaluated.Results After treatment,81.48%of these eyes reached the standard of functional cure,14.81%reached the standard of anatomical cure,and only 3.70%of these eyes were not cured.After operation,the visual acuity of the patients was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the percentage of eyes with visual acuity above 0.2 was 18.52%.The expressions of vitreous high mobility group box-1 protein 1(HMGB1)in patients with functional cure and other patients were(302.18±89.29)pg/ml and(287.29±90.04)pg/ml,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 14.82%,and was gradually improved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Vitrectomy has a good effect in the treatment of complicated ocular trauma,which is worthy of clinical application.There is no difference in the expression of HMGB1 in the vitreum of patients with different therapeutic effects.
