从五脏相关浅谈治肝法在五脏疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：五脏相关学说是在五行学说基础上,克服了五行理论的机械性,又综合藏象、阴阳、气血、经络等理论,全面反映人体五脏系统的功能及彼此关联作用的学说。五脏相关,生理上相互促进和制约,病理上相互影响,故疾病的防治中应注意调整兼顾五脏的内在关系。肝属木,性喜调达,恶抑郁,主疏泄、藏血,其功能直接或间接的影响其他四脏的功能。在五脏病症中,肝病十居六七,且发病最急,传变最快,病症最广,生理既复杂,病理亦纷繁。肝的生理功能虽多,但主要体现在主疏泄,因此病理变化也主要体现在气机失调上。从肝论治疾病一直受历代医家重视,尤其是现代生活节奏加快、工作竞争激烈、人际关系复杂,情志致病的比例逐渐上升,因此分析治肝法在其他四脏疾病中的应用,寻找其中的内在相关联系,指出治肝法在各疾病中的重要性,以便更好的指导临床。The interrelated theory of five zang organs is based on the five elements theory.It overcomes the limitations of the five elements and synthesizes the theories of viscera,Yin and Yang,Qi and Xue,meridian and so on.It fully reflects the function of five zang organs in the body and the theory of interrelated functions.The five organs are related with each other.Physiologically,they promote and restrict each other,and pathologically,they influence on each other,so the prevention and control of disease should pay attention to the internal relations of the five viscera.The liver belongs to wood,which is usually unobstructed and hates depression.Its function is controlling dispersion,possession of blood, which directly or indirectly affect the function of other four internal organs.In the disease of five organs, liver diseases account for about 60%~70%, which is the most urgent and the transmission is the fastest.The liver disease is the most extensive.The physiology is complicated and the pathology is also complex.Although there are many physiological functions of liver,but mainly manifested in controlling dispersion,the pathological changes are mainly manifested in the qi imbalance.The treatment of diseases from the liver has always been valued by doctors from all ages.Especially in modern rapid life rhythm,fierce competition and complex interpersonal relationship,the proportion of emotional diseases is increasing.To explore the application of regulating the liver in the treatment of other four organs disease and look for the internal relationship among them can point out the importance of regulating the liver in various diseases and guide the clinical practice.
