摘　　要：目前我国社区老年人轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患病率较高,加强对MCI人群的相关研究对于实现健康老龄化具有重要意义。本文通过文献检索,从健康教育、社区护理、饮食干预、运动干预、认知功能训练、西药治疗、中医治疗方面总结了MCI的社区干预措施,并建议以社区为平台,开展基层MCI综合防治项目,以延缓痴呆的发生和发展,提高痴呆患者的生活质量,降低医疗花费。As the prevalence of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is very high in community-dwelling elderly residents in China at present,it is of great significance to strengthening the research on MCI group for achieving healthy aging.Based on the literature review,we summarized 7 categories of community-based interventions(health education,community nursing,diet intervention,exercise intervention,cognitive training,western medicine treatment,Chinese medicine treatment),and proposed that community-based comprehensive programs for the treatment and control of MCI should be developed,in order to delay the onset and development of dementia,improve the quality of life in patients with dementia,and reduce medical costs.
