摘　　要：为实现烤烟过程中的温度检测和数据实时获取,设计了一种温度数据采集设备。该设备以数字温度传感器DS18B20作为测量元件,以AT89C51单片机为核心,采用LED显示屏实时显示温度。将采集的温度与默认的参考值进行比较,然后由系统控制相应的发热和鼓风设备,调节烤房内温度,使其趋近于烤烟炉工艺参考值。实现了烤烟炉温度的精确测量、显示,具有体积小、成本低、使用灵活等优点,有较高的实用价值。In order to realize temperature detection and real-time data acquisition in the process of flue-cured tobacco,a temperature data acquisition equipment was designed.The digital temperature sensor DS18B20 was used as the measuring element of the equipment,and the AT89C51 single chip was used as the core,and the LED display was used to display the temperature in real time.The temperature of the collection was compared with the default reference value.Then the corresponding heating and blast equipment was controlled by the system,and the temperature in the roast room was adjusted to make it close to the reference value of the flue gas furnace.It has realized the accurate measurement and display of the temperature of the flue-cured tobacco furnace,which has the advantages of small volume,low cost and flexible use,and has high practical value.
