摘  要:目的:比较3种自酸蚀粘结剂在不同剩余牙本质厚度的粘结强度。方法:选取新鲜拔除的第一前磨牙24个,磨除冠部釉质,显露浅层牙本质后,随机分3组(n=8),分别使用Opti Bond Versa(OV)、Clearfil SE Bond(SE)、G Bond(GB)粘结剂,然后用P60复合树脂修复堆塑,作截面积约为1.0 mm×1.0 mm的柱形试件。测量样本粘结界面与髓室顶部之间距离即为剩余牙本质厚度(RDT)(≤2 mm为深层牙本质,≥3 mm为浅层牙本质),进行微拉伸试验测试粘结强度并在体视显微镜下观察试件断裂面。结果:OV、SE、GB在浅层牙本质的粘接强度(MPa)分别为44.96±2.05,29.40±1.77和16.38±1.34(P<0.05);在深层分别为32.60±1.58,22.79±1.19和11.98±0.91(P<0.05)。3种自酸蚀粘结剂在浅层牙本质的粘结强度均高于深层(P<0.05),在浅层和深层牙本质的粘结强度比较均为OV最高,SE次之,GB最低(P<0.05);3组样本的断裂多发生在粘结界面。结论:OV对牙本质的粘结强度最高,SE次之,GB最低;3种自酸蚀粘结剂在浅层牙本质的粘结强度均高于深层牙本质。AIM:To evaluate the adhesive strength of the self etching adhesives.METHODS:24 freshly extracted premolars were selected,and the crown enamel was removed.The superficial dentin was exposed and the teeth were divided into 3 groups randomly(n=8).The dentin surfaces were bonded with:OptiBond Versa(OV),Clearfil SE Bond(SE)and G Bond(GB)according to the manufacturers′directions respectively.Then P60 composite build-up was made for all samples.After storage for 24 hours in water at 37℃.cylindrical specimens with an area of 1.0 mm 2 perpendicular to the dentin surface of the samples were prepared using a slow-speed slicer.The remaining dentin thickness(RDT)was measured to assess the superficial dentin group(RDT≥3 mm)and the deep dentin group(RDT≤2 mm).Microtensile bond strength measurements were evaluated.Fractured specimens were examined with a stereomicroscope to determine the mode of failure.RESULTS:The bond strength(MPa)of OV,SE and(GB)in shallow lanyer of dentin was 44.96±2.05,29.40±1.77 and 16.38±1.34(P<0.05),in deep layer 32.60±1.58,22.79±1.19 and 11.98±0.91(P<0.05),respectively.The bond strength of the 3 self etching adhesives in the shallow layer was higher than that in the deep layer(P<0.05).No cohesive failure was observed in either superficial or deep dentin.Most of the failure was adhesive failure.CONCLUSION:The bond stength OV is the OV is the highest for dentine followed by SE and GB.The bonding strength of the 3 adhesives for shallow dentin were higher than that for deep dentin.
