摘  要:为绿化部门春季种植杨树及追肥提供参考,对哈尔滨市14个公园(绿地)的杨树根际土壤总氮素含量及有效氮含量进行检测,并通过实验室模拟有效氮素含量对杨树幼苗进行处理,研究土壤氮素对东北常见绿化树种杨树根系发育的影响。结果表明:不同绿地间土壤氮素含量变化有显著差异,氮素浓度为85mg/kg的杨树幼苗根部干重为0.082g/株,较氮素浓度为30mg/kg的杨树幼苗根部的干重增加约1倍;杨树幼苗根部主根长度为19.26cm,较氮素浓度为30mg/kg的杨树幼苗增加1/3。当氮素浓度为60mg/kg时,硝酸还原酶、谷氨酸合酶的酶活性显著提高,在氮素浓度为40~60mg/kg,扩展蛋白expb3、expb2、expa17和expa11的mRNA表达量显著升高。当外界氮素浓度达40~75mg/kg时对杨树幼苗根系具有促进作用。To provide references for poplar planting and topdressing in spring,the contents of total nitrogen and available nitrogen in poplar rhizosphere soil in 14 parks(green fields)in Harbin were detected,and the effects of soil nitrogen on root development of common greening tree species poplar in northeast China were studied in laboratory conditions.Results:There was a significant difference in nitrogen content between different green fields.The dry weight of poplar root was 0.082 g/plant when the nitrogen concentrotion is 85 mg/kg,one time higher than 30 mg/kg nitrogen supply.The root length is about 19.26 cm when nitrogen concentration is 85 mg/kg,one-third higher than 30 mg/kg nitrogen supply.Nitrate reductase and glutamate synthase significantly enhanced under 60 mg/kg nitrogen supply,and the mRNA expression of expb3,expb2,expa17 and expa11 increased significantly under 40~60 mg/kg nitrogen supply.40~75 mg/kg nitrogen supply could promote the root system of poplar seedlings.
