摘　　要：目的探讨青春期乳腺巨大纤维腺瘤(GFBA)的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析我院经手术病理证实为青春期GFBA的13例患者的临床资料,总结青春期GFBA的X线和磁共振成像(MR)表现。结果 13例青春期GFBA患者的X线主要表现为形态不规则、边界清楚的高密度较大肿块影;5例行MR检查患者的MR表现为T1WI呈低信号、T2WI呈混杂高信号、扩散加权成像(DWI)呈弥散受限高信号,其中4例肿块内伴有特征性低信号分隔影。结论青春期GFBA发病年龄较小,生长迅速,肿块体积较大,根据影像学特征性表现可提高其诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the imaging features of giant fibroadenoma of the breast in adolescent(GFBA).Methods The clinical data o f 13 patients with GFBA in adolescent in our hospital confirmed by operation and pathology was retrospectively analyzed,and the results of X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)manifestations were summarized.Results Thirteen GFBA in adolescent showed irregular shape,large mass shadow with the clear border and high density by X-ray.MR T1WI showed low signal intensity,T2WI showed mixed high signal intensity,diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)showed diffuse-limited high signal intensity in 5 patients who accepted MR examination,and there were 4 cases with characteristic low signal septa.Conclusion Patients with GFBA in adolescent shows young age,and the growth of masses is rapid,with large volume,characteristic imaging performance in clinic can increase the diagnostic accuracy.
