食管空肠吻合术与横结肠间置术治疗胃癌与食管下段癌的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比食管空肠吻合术与横结肠间置术治疗胃癌与食管下段癌的临床效果。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月我院收治的胃癌与食管下段癌患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为甲组和乙组,每组50例。甲组给予食管空肠吻合术治疗;乙组给予横结肠间置术治疗。随访1年,比较两组手术患者的临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果乙组患者的血红蛋白、血浆蛋白及体质量比值均高于甲组(P<0.05);乙组患者术后并发症总发生率(2.0%)显著低于甲组(18.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌与食管下段癌患者积极实施横结肠间置术治疗,疗效显著,术后并发症发生率低,临床应用价值高。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of esophagojejunostomy and colon interposition in the treatment of gastric cancer and lower esophageal cancer.Methods From December 2014 to December 2015,100 patients with gastric cancer or lower esophageal cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The group A was treated with esophagojejunostomy and group B was treated with colon interposition.After one year follow-up,the clinical effect and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of hemoglobin,plasma protein and body mass ratio in the group B were higher than those in the group A(P<0.05);the total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the group B was 2.0%,which was significantly lower than 18.0%in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively carrying out the colon interposition in patients with gastric cancer and lower esophageal cancer has obvious curative effect,lower incidence of complications and high clinical value.
