摘 要:目的探讨循证医学教学模式在儿科实习带教中的应用价值。方法选取2008和2009级医学德语班的全体学生为研究对象,2008级为对照组(采用传统教学模式),2009级为观察组[在对照组的基础上增加了循证医学(EBM)授课理念],比较两组学生的实习成绩。结果两组学生的入科考试成绩无显著差异(P>0.05);两组的出科成绩均高于入科考试成绩,且观察组的出科考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的基础理论及临床分析题成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。绝大多数学生认为EBM教学模式对提高文献检索能力、外文资料阅读能力、临床思维能力及学生整体素质有积极作用。结论循证医学教学模式在儿科实习中具有积极的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of evidence-based medicine teaching mode in the clinical practice of pediatrics.Methods The 2008 and 2009 medical German classes students were selected as the research objects,the 2008 grade was regarded as the control group(using the traditional teaching mode),while the 2009 grade was regarded as the observation group(receiving evidence-based medicine teaching mode on the basis of the control group).The internship scores of two groups of students were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the entrance examination scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the exams examination scores in both groups were higher than those of the entrance examination scores,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The basic theory and clinical analysis questions scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Most students thought EBM teaching mode had a positive effect on the improvement of the ability of document retrieval,ability of reading foreign materials,ability of clinical thinking and students'overall quality.Conclusion Evidence based medicine teaching mode has positive value on pediatric practice,which is worth promoting.
