摘  要:叶轮口环对离心泵的性能有着重要的影响,口环间隙直接影响着离心泵的效率。而现有叶轮口环间隙的尺寸及结构影响着密封的效果,导致离心泵整体性能下降。基于此,本文提出一种梯形口环结构,能够有效减少水泵工作中的容积损失,提高离心泵的效率。The wear-rings of impeller have great influence to the performance of centrifugal pump,the hydraulic efficiency of the centrifugal pump is directly affected by the clearance of wear-ring.The size and structure of the clearance of wear-ring affects the effect of the seal,which leads to the decrease of the overall performance of the centrifugal pump.Based on this,a trapezoid ring structure was proposed in this paper,which can effectively reduce the volume loss in the pump work,and improve the efficiency of the centrifugal pump.
